This place is awesome before I stop by. I called and ask are they busy? Could I come and get in and get out. And a young man responded yes. So I get there & I was Greeted with a friendly hi.. Told them what was going on with my vehicle they looked at it gave me a free estimate. The estimate they quoted me was actually very reasonable for what I needed to be done. So I say give this place a try. also, my Services three months warranty and my parts was a year warranty

Muy careros!!! They wanted to charge me $300.00 only on labor to change my breaks not including parts. I just got them repaired a year ago so it wasn't like they were stuck or something. My vehicle needed more repairs and they wanted to charge me $30.00 to create and estimate. That was a deal braker for me. You are that money hungry that you want to charge for an estimate? This is how you lose customers. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Worst place ever I'm warning you do not go to this place, they're bad business all the way across the board, I went for a wheel alignment,he faked like he did the job ,charge me $120 they did not drive it after they faked repaired it to assure me the problem was fixed ,and I still have the same problem I had when I took it there,they dont give you no warranty, and they insist that you sign a receipt after you pay them stating that you approve of the work they never did, and I almost had to get violent with them because they didn't wanna give me my keys to my vehicle and I had paid them the service fee for a job that they didn't do... I'm reporting this issue to the better business bureau. This place is a no go. People please do not take your vehicle to this place it's a total rip off and they do not do the work you pay them to do. Worst place ever!!!!

I got some brakes rotors done a couple weeks ago. Worked with Juan and Luis. Appreciated the good service these guys provided from A-Z. My whip was in need bad and Luis stopped it from shaking and gave me a better smooth driving. Came back a couple weeks later to have them change the brakes out again because apparently the ones I had was cheaper quality and making a lot of squeaking sound. Worked with Alejandro and Kevin. Shop got me back right again! I'll say when it comes to brakes... go quality. Will be back again for more work.

Stay FAR away from this place. My brother approved a $915 tune-up. That’s it! After the work was done, they called saying he was going to need a fuel pump, he clearly said NO. When he got there, the bill was suddenly $1,515. They went ahead and replaced the fuel pump without authorization and then presented him paperwork to sign AFTER the work was already done. That is completely unacceptable and honestly feels like a scam. He was put in a position where we had no choice but to pay an extra $600 he never agreed to, just to get the vehicle back. No written approval, no integrity, no accountability. If you value your money, do NOT trust this shop nor trust Kevin or Louis! There name should be Shiesters On Western! ***They are NOT BBB acreddited for a reason!
